Join creative artist David Jarvinen from Mosaic Guys and learn how to create 3D art that can be viewed from all sides.
Students will make a heart carved from an 8x8” block of foam that will be displayed on a custom stand for viewing delight!
Day one will prepare the substrate and consider design options. On day two we will use tinted adhesives to adhere Smalti glass tiles, in wonderful, vibrant, colorful designs onto your new heart shaped base!
Participant to bring:
APRON, FOAM KNIFE (amazon.com has them for $57-“Dominox hot foam knife cutter”) David does bring a foam knife--just put on your patience hat if deciding to share 😊)
